If your organization is looking to try a new form of fund raising then look no further.  Chip’s Clubhouse offers fun ways in which to promote family fun while raising funds for your organization.

To reserve Chip's Clubhouse for your Fundraiser you have two options.

• First, your organization can set aside a day exclusively for your fundraiser at Chip's Clubhouse. For each paying customer who inform our staff that they are at Chip's for your Fundraiser, we'll contribute $1.00 towards your fundraiser. Although the course will not be rented exclusively for your event (other golfers will be allowed on the course), you can still conduct contests or other fun activities at Chip's throughout the day.
• Second, you can rent the course exclusively for your event for $200/hour before 4 p.m. or $300/hour after 4 p.m. any day of the week. You can sell advance tickets to your attendees or during the event. Members of Chip's Clubhouse staff will be on hand to assist with your event setup and throughout the event. During your event we'll turn away customers (with a coupon or two, of course) so that you will have the course to yourself.

Below are some ideas to help you get started on planning your next fundraising event at Chip’s Clubhouse:

Golf-A-Thon

Have a four, six, or 12 hour marathon on a set date (along with a rain date). Each person can play for allotted time. The organization along with each player can solicit donations for each hole completed during this timeframe or a set amount per hour. This can be changed from one person to a family for a set time. Bonuses can also be added for holes-in-one during the playing time.

Miniature Golf Tournament

Have a one day tournament for your organization at Chip’s Clubhouse. Like any tournament, local businesses can sponsor all or a portion of the event. Donated items for raffles, playing fees, hole-in-one contests, and closest to the pin contests are other fundraising opportunities.

"Your Day" at Chip’s Clubhouse

One day can be devoted exclusively to your organization. Just book a date with Chip’s Clubhouse, and then distribute the "Our Day at Chip’s Clubhouse" coupons and your organization is set. These coupons can be distributed to anyone – your friends, church members, families, etc.  Then on your special day, each coupon redeemed by a paying player, your organization will receive (you can decide the amount) from us.  It is just that simple.  Pick a day, pass out the coupons to everyone you know, and your organization will collect a check at the end of the month for every returned coupon.
